The rendering is a photomatch rendering. The project encompasses eight adjacent buildings, seven of which are visible in the rendering. The building on the far right is an existing parking structure and the building across the street on the far left is existing. The photo was stitched from 14 views shot with a 50 mm lense, which resulted in a distorted wide angle view. That is why the perspective of the existing corner building and shadows are inconsistant with the new buildings. The buildings were modeled in sketchup and rendered in Viz 2006 with VRay 1.5 rc 1. The people and trees were added in photoshop.
